新课程背景下的初中化学教学,强调以学生发展为本,贴近学生生活,适应社会发展。我们现在的初中化学教学不仅要提高学生的知识水平,更要特别关注学生全面素质的培养,使他们学会学习、学会生存;让他们了解当今科技发展的动态,关心人类社会发展与化学的关系。如:环境保护、资源能源、卫生健康、材料运用等,还要让学生了解当前人类无法解决的问题和努力的方向,这样才能使化学教学紧跟时代发展的步伐,富有生命力、感染力和时代特征。因此,作为化学教师,要做到用教材而不是教教材。在平时的教学中,加强社会实际生活与化学教学的联系,努力使化学教学内容社会化、生活化。让学生从生活经验出发,感受化学的亲切性和真实性,缩短与化学的心理距离,进一步感受化学就在我们身边,化学与我们生活息息相关。这样才有利于激发学生学习化学的兴趣,有利于化学知识的巩固、深化和能力的培养。下面是我的几点课堂教学做法。
