从阀门远程维护的目标出发,研究和开发了基于物联网的阀门智能系统。该系统可远程采集安装在水电厂的阀门实时运行信息,并通过适当的分析,判断其运行状态,以便及时进行维护,从而确保阀门安全可靠运行。所开发系统的终端为具有状态信息采集功能的阀门控制设备,它将所采集的信息通过无线方式传至当地公共互联网,转而送至阀门生产企业。通过该系统,生产企业可及时了解安装在世界各地的阀门的运行情况。
Based on the goal of remote maintenance of valves, the valve intelligent system based on Internet of Things was researched and developed. The system can remotely collect the valve real-time operation information installed in the hydropower plant, and through appropriate analysis, to determine its operational status, in order to timely maintenance, so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the valve. The terminal of the developed system is a valve control device with status information acquisition function. The collected information is wirelessly transmitted to the local public Internet and sent to the valve manufacturer. Through this system, manufacturers can keep abreast of the operation of valves installed around the world.
