跨文化交往指不同文化背景的人与人之间、民族与民族之间的交往。跨文化交往引起的文化冲突包括宗教信仰、生活习俗、现实发展和文化误解等。寻找共同点是解决跨文化交往中的文化冲突的最为重要的方法,即:寻求彼此经历的共同点、寻求现实交往的共同点、寻求未来民族关系的共同点、寻求包容和理解的共同点。在寻找共同点的基础上应该注意构建各民族互相理解的认同关系、各民族平等对待的友善关系、各民族互相尊重的情感关系。
Intercultural communication refers to the intercourse between people, nations and nations with different cultural backgrounds. Cultural conflicts caused by cross-cultural exchanges include religious beliefs, living customs, real development and cultural misunderstanding. Finding common ground is the most important way to solve the cultural conflict in intercultural communication. It is to seek the common ground of each other’s experiences, to seek the common ground of the reality exchanges, to seek the common ground of future ethnic relations and to seek the common ground of tolerance and understanding. On the basis of finding common ground, we should pay attention to establishing the identification and approval of each other’s ethnic groups, the friendly relations that all ethnic groups treat equally and the mutual respect and affection among different ethnic groups.
