美国著名咨询公司麦肯锡公司合伙人洛威尔·布赖恩说:“别人的问题就是我们的机会”。的确如此,管理咨询的机会就在企业存在问题时,而管理咨询的使命也就是真真实实地为企业解决难题。中国管理咨询业在二十多年的发展历程中,为中国企业尤其是中小企业扎扎实实地充当了“医生”、“智囊团”的角色。为企业的科学、民主决策,为企业合理、有效利用资源,为企业及时恰当的兼并、重组,以及为企业新产品上市、企业文化建设等都立下了“汗马功劳”。我国管理咨询业正在也必将继续为中国企业的经济效益、社会效益、环境效益共同提高而服务。然而,毕竟中国的管理咨询业太年轻,由于受内外部各种因素的影响,仍然存在着有待改进的地方,其中包括道德方面的
