大型冷加工件的中间翻身问题,在机械制造工厂中是经常遇到的,因方法并不复杂,常被忽视。在翻身过程中经常产生工件碰伤,影响质量。我们使用附图所示的工件翻身装置,结构简单,效果较好。可翻工件重量为30t。如工件更大,则可几件装置相连使用,更是方便、安全,可保证工件质量。框架和衬条均用100×100mm 角钢焊成;木块截面120×120mm系参考尺寸,木块之间应相互挤紧。(编辑林凡)
