五十年代我国三年国民经济恢复时期,曾从国外引进过混凝土泵,当时由于施工计划不周,机械不配套,材料和混凝土质量管理不善,操作人员技术水平低等原因,应用中经常出问题,以致产生各种阻力,使应用单位的积极性受到挫伤,这些泵也就相继搁置起来,终于报废。现在宝钢又引进了混凝土泵及其配套设备,人们担心是否又会重蹈过去的覆辙呢?但是他们采取了有力的措施,培养了一批推行新工艺的技术力量,改进了生产管理,为推行混凝土泵创造了物质条件,因此打开了混凝土泵使用的捷径,摆脱了繁重的体力劳动。现在参加宝钢建设的单位竞相使用,各地也出现了一派试制混凝土泵的热潮。这里说明一个问题:新工艺的推广应用,一旦看准了方向,就必须采取一套相适应的措施,培养一批通晓新工艺的骨干力量,加强技术管理和组织管理。如果没有这一前提,一项新工艺要在生产中扎根是不可能的。
During the three-year period of national economic recovery in China in the 1950s, concrete pumps were imported from abroad. At that time, due to poor construction plans, inadequate machinery, poor quality control of materials and concrete, and low level of operator skills, problems often occurred during application. As a result, all kinds of resistance have been generated and the enthusiasm of the application units has been dampened. These pumps have also been shelved and finally scrapped. Now that Baosteel has introduced concrete pumps and related equipment, people are worried about whether they will repeat the mistakes of the past. However, they have taken effective measures to cultivate a number of technical forces for the implementation of new processes and improved production management. The concrete pump created material conditions, thus opening a shortcut for the use of concrete pumps, freeing up the heavy manual labor. Now the units participating in the construction of Baosteel have competed for use, and there has also been an upsurge of trial production of concrete pumps in various places. Here is a description of a problem: Once the new process is popularized and applied, once the direction has been identified, it is necessary to adopt a set of appropriate measures to cultivate a number of backbone forces who are familiar with the new technology and to strengthen technical management and organizational management. Without this premise, it is impossible for a new process to take root in production.
