没买车的人最关心的是新车上市和降价信息,而已经买车的人则往往更关注油价、保养费用,还有至关重要的一点——车辆保险。据统计,车险理赔是2011年车主最为关注的问题之一。这似乎也很好理解,因为人们购买车险,就是为了在出现意外时能够得到保障。但有些购买车险的用户或出事后得不到足额赔付,或虽然得到赔付,但却被责任认定、定损、维修等占去大量宝贵的时间。如果不巧在外地发生事故,那整个维修理赔过程就更加遥遥无期了。
