目的比较北极蒿与三种中药常用蒿属植物的化学成分并对北极蒿的化学成分进行初步研究。方法采用薄层色谱及GC-MS比较小极性成分及挥发油的区别;采用HPLC指纹图谱对极性较大成分进行比较。结论从北极蒿挥发油中分离出52个色谱峰,共鉴定了48个成分,占挥发油总成分的92%以上,其主要成分为香木兰烷-4-醇(24.73%)。经HPLC指纹图谱分析,北极蒿与其他三种植物主要成分相似,但北极蒿的化学成分集中且含量高。青蒿、北极蒿、艾叶、茵陈中绿原酸含量分别是0.065%,0.617%,0.178%,0.192%,北极蒿中绿原酸含量是其它三种植物的六倍之多,提示有较高研究价值。
Objective To compare the chemical components of Artemisia halodendron and three kinds of commonly used Artemisia genus, and to study the chemical composition of Artemisia halodendron. Methods The differences between the small polar components and volatile oils were compared by thin layer chromatography and GC-MS. The more polar components were compared by HPLC fingerprint. Conclusion 52 peaks were isolated from the volatile oil of Artemisia halodendron. A total of 48 components were identified, accounting for more than 92% of the total volatile oil components. The main component of the volatile oil was Fragrancelin-4-ol (24.73%). According to HPLC fingerprinting analysis, Artemisia halodendron is similar to other three plants, but the chemical composition of Arctic Artemisia is concentrated and high in content. The contents of chlorogenic acid in Artemisia annua, Artemisia annua L., Artemisia oryzae and Artemisia capillaris were 0.065%, 0.617%, 0.178%, and 0.192%, respectively. The chlorogenic acid content of Artemisia halodendron was 6 times higher than that of other three plants, suggesting that High research value.
