一氧化碳(CO)是含碳物质燃烧不完全时产生的一种的窒息性气体。职业性中毒为生产过程中发生的急性一氧化碳中毒,多为意外事故,集体发生[1]。我院的“120”及下设的社区卫生服务站,在院前急救这方面收到了良好的效果,与未经院前急救而直接护送至医院者相比,在病情缓解时间、平均住院率及死亡率等方面,均具有明显差异,报告如下。
