Major Responsibilities: -Lead the sales organization in Asia Pacific regions including China,Korea and Southeast Asia -Establish sales goal and formulate sales strategy to ensure fast & profitable growth Scheme,carry out and timely review sales actions according to area,culture and work style differences -Aggressively develop new customers while maintain good relationship with existing customers especially key accounts
