高速公路养护是构建便捷、通畅、高效、安全的综合运输体系的重要基础,是建设节约型交通行业的必然选择。在重大自然灾害破坏后,科学的实施系统评估,分析系统运营状态,为高效、全面排查设施现状以及紧急养护提供技术参考和依据。从机电工程质量安全保证和资源合理分配的角度出发,选择科学的评估方法至关重要。基于机电工程的特点,从评估目标入手,在一般原理分析基础上,针对特殊环境特点提出评估方法。
Expressway maintenance is an important foundation for building a convenient, smooth, efficient and safe integrated transportation system and an inevitable choice for building a conservation-oriented transportation industry. After the destruction of major natural disasters, the scientific implementation of the system assessment, analysis of system operation status, for efficient and comprehensive investigation of the status quo facilities and emergency maintenance to provide technical reference and basis. From the perspective of quality and safety assurance of electromechanical projects and reasonable allocation of resources, it is of crucial importance to choose a scientific assessment method. Based on the characteristics of electromechanical engineering, starting with the evaluation objectives, based on the general principle analysis, the evaluation method is put forward according to the characteristics of special environment.
