2005-2006年衢州市各级卫生监督机构共抽检各类食品样品3 321件,检测结果合格样品2 969件,合格率为89.4%;2006年食品抽检结果合格率(90.8%)高于2005年(88.1%);生产加工业食品抽检结果合格率(91.6%)高于销售服务业(86.9%)。食品卫生监管部门应加强对本市肉及肉制品、冷食等抽检合格率较低食品和食品销售服务业的监管。同时建议,在食品卫生安全日益受到重视的当前,应更加重视食品卫生抽检工作,要加大食品卫生抽检的力度,为食品卫生监督执法提供更多的科学依据,以及早发现、并控制各类食品卫生隐患,不断提高食品卫生质量。
From 2005 to 2006, all levels of health supervision agencies in Quzhou sampled 3 321 food samples of various types, with 2 969 qualified samples, with a pass rate of 89.4%.
