方剂是中医药学的重要内容之一,是中医应用中药防治疾病的主要形式。在中医理法方药诊治体系中,方剂还起着联系中医基础理论与临床实践的纽带作用。因此,方剂的药理学研究对于发展中医学术、提高临床用药水平起着极为重要的作用。由于传统常用方剂因其组方严谨、疗效卓著、经受了长期实践的考验而成为中医随证化裁加减的最基本处方,故对这些传统名方的研究就显得更为迫切和重要。兹将近五年来这方面的研究情况作一简要评述。
Formula is one of the important contents of traditional Chinese medicine, and it is the main form of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat diseases. In the prescription system of TCM prescriptions and prescriptions, prescriptions also serve as a link between TCM basic theory and clinical practice. Therefore, the pharmacological study of prescriptions plays an extremely important role in the development of TCM academics and the improvement of clinical drug use. Because traditional prescriptions have become the most basic prescriptions for the addition and subtraction of traditional Chinese medicines with certification because of their rigorous formulation, outstanding efficacy, and long-term trials, the study of these traditional names has become more urgent and important. We will give a brief review of the research in this area in the past five years.
