The work of the masses is the foundation of all the party’s work and embodies the core ruling ability of grassroots cadres. Focusing on the goal of enriching the people and strengthening the area, Yanfeng District took the mass work as the normal work that guided the overall situation and focused its efforts on “being determined, well-intentioned and effective” so as to revitalize the mass work in the new situation.
