目的 (1)探讨宫颈癌能量多普勒血管指数(VI)及其与病理MVD表达的相关性;(2)宫颈癌经阴道三维超声定量指标(VI)与临床分期相关性。方法选取在本院治疗、资料完整的宫颈癌患者60例,临床诊断慢性宫颈炎患者20例。利用计算机相关软件计算其VI。宫颈癌术后病理经MVD免疫组化检测,结果与三维超声重建分析宫颈癌内部及周边血流分型、血管指数,对宫颈癌浸润和(或)转移情况进行宫颈癌临床分期。结果 (1)三维超声能量多普勒显示率差异具有显著统计学意义(χ~2=30.423,P<0.001);(2)VI差异有显著性(t=6.32,P<0.001);(3)血管密度差异有显著性(t=11.697,P<0.001)。结论 (1)通过经腹部、经阴道三维彩色血管能量成像显示VI与病理MVD高度相关;(2)宫颈癌经阴道三维超声定量指标(VI)与临床分期高度相关。
Objective (1) To investigate the relationship between energy Doppler vascular index (VI) and pathological MVD expression in cervical cancer. (2) To evaluate the transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound quantification of cervical cancer (VI) Methods Sixty cases of cervical cancer with complete data and 20 cases of chronic cervicitis were diagnosed in our hospital. Calculate its VI using computer-related software. Cervical cancer pathological changes by MVD immunohistochemistry, results and three-dimensional ultrasound reconstruction of cervical and peripheral blood flow classification, vascular index, cervical cancer invasion and (or) metastasis of cervical cancer clinical stage. Results (1) There was a significant difference in Doppler frequency of three-dimensional ultrasound (χ ~ 2 = 30.423, P <0.001); (2) ) There was a significant difference in vessel density (t = 11.697, P <0.001). Conclusions (1) Through the transabdominal and transvaginal three-dimensional color image of vascular energy imaging VI and pathological MVD was highly correlated; (2) cervical transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound quantitative indicators (VI) and clinical stage highly correlated.
