技术创新与产业结构演变之间存在着相互促进、相互制约的关系,技术创新是人类社会经济发展的根本动力所在,是产业结构形成和演变的基础,一定的产业结构体系的形成必须要有相应的技术体系予以支撑,技术的产生、发展和成熟不断推动产业更新、发展和壮大,技术创新的水平和方向决定着产业结构的构成及其演变方向,产业结构的形成和演变正是技术创新成果广泛应用和不断更替的结果。本文从技术创新角度来考察产业结构演变的三种基本模式,分别是替代型演变模式、扩散型演变模式、非均衡型演变模式。
