本实验对混酸回流和超声功能化处理前后碳纳米管的荧光特性进行了研究,结果发现多壁碳纳米管在混酸回流和超声功能化前后都能产生荧光。实验表明:未功能化碳纳米管最佳激发波长为375.6nm,最佳发射波长为751.2nm,而功能化样品的最佳激发波长为380nm左右,且发射波长红移到760nm左右,并且荧光现象也随之增强。
In this experiment, the fluorescence characteristics of carbon nanotubes before and after mixed acid reflux and ultrasonic functionalization were studied. The results showed that multi-walled carbon nanotubes can produce fluorescence before and after mixed acid reflux and ultrasonic functionalization. Experiments show that the optimal excitation wavelength of the unfunctionalized carbon nanotubes is 375.6nm, the best emission wavelength is 751.2nm, while the best excitation wavelength of the functionalized sample is about 380nm, and the emission wavelength is red shifted to about 760nm, and the fluorescence phenomenon Also will be enhanced.
