随着高职动漫专业的快速发展,国家对动漫创新型人才的培养提出了更高的标准。高职院校在教学、实践、实习等环节尚不够完善,短时间内难以达到国家制订的高职动漫人才培养标准。本文细致分析了高职动漫专业学生创新能力缺失的原因,试图通过柔性化管理的理论视角提出相应的策略,促使高职动漫人才的培养尽快适应当前经济社会发展的需求。
With the rapid development of animation major in higher vocational colleges, the state has put forward higher standards for the training of innovative talents of animation. Higher vocational colleges in teaching, practice, internship and other aspects is not yet perfect enough, short period of time is difficult to achieve the national development of vocational and technical personnel training standards. This article analyzes in detail the causes of the lack of innovative abilities of animation majors in vocational colleges and attempts to put forward corresponding strategies through the perspective of flexible management so as to prompt the cultivation of animation majors in vocational colleges to adapt to the current needs of economic and social development.
