目的 :观察蝎毒抗癌多肽纯化组分Ⅲ (antineoplasticpolypeptide ⅢfromAPBMV ,AP Ⅲ )对小鼠肝癌 (hep atoma 2 2 ,H2 2 )的生长抑制作用及对带瘤小鼠胸腺重量的影响。方法 :将接种H2 2 细胞 2 4h后的昆明种小鼠 6 5只 ,随机分为 5组 :5 Fu组 1 0只 (2 0mg/kg) ;APBMV组 1 0只 (0 .0 4mg/kg) ;AP Ⅲ实验组 (Ⅰ :0 .0 4mg/kg ,Ⅱ :0 .0 3mg/kg) ,每组 1 0只 ;非正常对照组 2 5只 (生理盐水 ) ,均腹腔注射给药 ,1次 /d ,连续给药 1 0d。于末次给药 2 4h后 ,颈椎脱臼处死小鼠 ,剥离肿瘤和胸腺 ,称重 ,并作数据处理。结果 :AP Ⅲ实验组和APBMV组对H2 2 有明显的抑制作用 ,与非正常对照组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 0 1 ) ;5 Fu组胸腺质量低于非正常对照组 ,而AP Ⅲ实验组和APBMV组则高于或接近非正常对照组。结论 :AP Ⅲ具有抑制H2 2 生长的作用 ,高剂量的AP Ⅲ可增加带瘤小鼠胸腺的重量
Objective: To observe the growth inhibitory effect of antineoplastic polypeptide III from APBMV (AP III) on hepatocellular carcinoma (hep atoma 2 2 , H2 2) and the effect on the weight of thymus in tumor-bearing mice. METHODS: Sixty-five Kunming mice were inoculated with H2 2 cells for 24 hours and randomly divided into 5 groups: 10 in the 5 Fu group (20 mg/kg); 10 in the APBMV group (0.04 mg/kg). ); AP III experimental group (I :0. 04mg/kg, II :0. 03mg/kg), 10 in each group; 25 non-normal control groups (physiological saline), were injected intraperitoneally, Once/d, continuous administration of 10d. After the last administration 24 hours later, the mice were killed by cervical dislocation, and the tumors and thymus were dissected, weighed, and processed for data processing. Results: AP III group and APBMV group had significant inhibitory effect on H 2 2 , compared with the non-normal control group (P <0.01 or P <0.01); 5 Fu group thymus mass Lower than the non-normal control group, while the AP III experimental group and APBMV group were higher than or close to the non-normal control group. Conclusion : AP III can inhibit the growth of H2 2 , and high dose of AP III can increase the weight of thymus in tumor-bearing mice.
