2,5-二甲基-7H-呋喃并[3,2-9][1]苯并吡喃-7-酮(1)具有防止辐射损伤及治疗白癜风等作用。对其合成关键中间体4-甲基-6-烯丙基-7-羟基香豆素(5a)的合成路线及分离进行了改进。
2,5-dimethyl-7H-furo [3,2-9] [1] benzopyran-7-one (1) has the effect of preventing radiation damage and treating vitiligo. The synthetic route and separation of 4-methyl-6-allyl-7-hydroxycoumarin (5a), a key intermediate in its synthesis, have been improved.
