本文利用SWOT分析模型对车险微信服务平台发展面临的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战进行分析,深入探讨车险微信服务平台承保、理赔、客户服务三个主要功能,从而预测车险微信服务平台未来将通过打造汽车服务生态圈与融合多方面生活服务类信息发展成为综合性服务平台,以提高客户对车险微信服务平台的依赖性。
In this paper, SWOT analysis model is used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges facing the auto insurance WeChat service platform, and to explore the three major functions of auto insurance WeChat service platform underwriting, claims settlement and customer service in order to forecast the future development of auto insurance WeChat service platform through building Car service ecosystem and integration of multi-faceted life service information into a comprehensive service platform to enhance customers’ reliance on auto insurance WeChat service platform.
