介绍了烟气分析动态控制系统在莱钢60 t氧气顶吹转炉上的应用情况,主要包括硬件系统组成、数据采集与通讯、冶炼工艺标准化和动态控制系统模型。结果表明:采用高拉碳操作,终点碳在0.08%~0.24%范围,终点温度在1 580~1 660℃范围,碳温控制精度分别为±0.025%和±20℃时,碳单命中率达到89%,温度单命中率71%,碳温双命中率64%;为进一步提高碳温双命中率,应加强原材料的管理,按配料计算组织装料,并采用标准化的操作工艺,尤其是必须采用顶底复吹工艺。
This paper introduces the application of the flue gas analysis dynamic control system on the 60 t oxygen top blown converter in Laiwu Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. It mainly includes hardware system composition, data acquisition and communication, smelting process standardization and dynamic control system model. The results showed that the carbon single hit rate reached to 0.08% -0.24% with the end point temperature ranging from 1880 ℃ to 1660 ℃ and the carbon temperature control precision being ± 0.025% and ± 20 ℃, respectively. 89%, single-hit rate of 71% in temperature and double in carbon-temperature hit rate of 64%. In order to further increase the double-hit rate of carbon temperature, the management of raw materials should be strengthened, and the organizational charge should be calculated according to the ingredients and the standardized operation process, Top and bottom blowing process.
