目的 :观察灵芝发酵液多糖提取物对S180荷瘤小鼠部分免疫指标的动态调节作用 ,探讨其抗肿瘤机制。方法 :S180瘤细胞荷瘤昆明小鼠 80只建立动物模型 ,生理盐水组 (NS组 )与灵芝发酵液多糖组(GFG组 )各 4 0只 ,分别于荷瘤后第 4 ,7,10 ,13,16天每组各处死 8只小鼠 ,检测GFG对NK细胞活性、淋巴细胞转化率的影响。结果 :GFG能显著提高荷瘤小鼠NK细胞活性和淋巴细胞转化率。随荷瘤时间延长 ,GFG组较NS组能维持较高水平 (P <0 0 1) ,但总体呈下降趋势。结论 :灵芝发酵液多糖提取物能显著提高NK细胞活性和淋巴细胞转化率 ,并维持一定水平。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the dynamic regulation of polysaccharide extract of Ganoderma lucidum fermentation broth on the partial immune parameters of S180 tumor-bearing mice and to explore its anti-tumor mechanism. Methods: Totally 80 Kunming mice bearing S180 tumor cells were injected with 40 animal models of normal saline (NS group) and Ganoderma lucidum fermented liquid polysaccharide group (GFG group) On day 13 and day 16, 8 mice were killed in each group. The effect of GFG on NK cell activity and lymphocyte transformation rate was tested. Results: GFG significantly increased NK cell activity and lymphocyte transformation rate in tumor-bearing mice. With the prolonging of tumorigenic time, GFG group maintained a higher level than that of NS group (P <0.01), but overall it showed a downward trend. Conclusion: The extract of Ganoderma lucidum fermentation broth can significantly improve NK cell activity and lymphocyte transformation rate, and maintain a certain level.
