河南有一道菜,叫做“浓后淡”。这道菜,不象妙烹佳肴,而是清汤。据说,这清汤是用老母鸡煮了一夜,捞出肉来,舀干净油,然后把生鸡脯砸碎了,洒一点到汤里,再捞出来,剩下来的汤。看起来象是白开水,可喝了以后,既感到可口,又令人回味。我们的新闻,也应是报刊上的“浓后淡”。一条好新闻,尽管很短,能够引人入胜,多少年后,回味起来,还禁不住啧啧赞叹。翻开近期的报纸,觉得真正能称得上“浓后淡”的新闻,屈指可数。这是值得想一想的。
