目的:探讨促肝细胞生长素(pHFG) 降血糖的机制。方法:对四氧嘧啶诱发的糖尿病大鼠给予pHGF治疗,共6 周。测定治疗组及对照组的血糖、胰岛素水平以及谷丙转氨酶(ALT) ,处死后用光镜观察胰岛的病理改变。结果:治疗组血糖升高的程度和胰岛素降低的程度均较对照组低,光镜下看到治疗组胰岛B细胞损伤较对照组轻微。结论:提示pHGF 对胰岛B细胞损伤有保护和促修复作用。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of hypoglycemic activity of hepatocyte growth-promoting hormone (pHFG). Methods: Alloxan-induced diabetic rats were given pHGF for 6 weeks. Blood glucose, insulin levels and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) were measured in the treatment group and the control group. Pathological changes of the islets were observed with light microscope after sacrifice. Results: In the treatment group, the degree of hyperglycemia and the degree of insulin decrease were lower than those in the control group. The damage of pancreatic islet B cells in the treatment group was less than that in the control group. Conclusion: It suggests that pHGF can protect and promote the repair of islet B cell injury.
