现阶段,社会各行各业中均存在职业倦怠现象,这是一种人们无法应对工作压力时所表现出的极端反应,严重影响人们的正常工作与身心健康,其中尤以关乎人命安危的医疗服务行业较为明显,医务人员的职业倦怠不利于医疗活动中友好医患关系的建立与发展。基于此,主要从医患关系视角下医务人员职业倦怠的现状及其特点入手进行深入分析,探讨解决这一问题的相应对策。 At this stage, occupational burnout exists in all walks of life in society. This is an extreme reaction that people can not cope with when working under pressure and seriously affects people’s normal work and physical and mental health. The medical services, especially for people’s lives and safety, The industry is more obvious, and the burnout of medical personnel is not conducive to the establishment and development of friendly doctor-patient relationship in medical activities. Based on this, the author analyzes the current situation and characteristics of medical staffs’ burnout from the perspective of the relationship between doctors and patients, and analyzes the corresponding countermeasures to solve this problem.
