INTRODUCTIONThe T-cell dependent specific liver injury in mice induced byconcanavalin A (ConA) is a newly established experimentalliver injury model,which is considered more eligible for thestudy of pathophysiology of several human liver diseases,suchas viral hepatitis and autoimmune hepatitis.T cellactivation and several cytokines release had been proven toplay a critical role in ConA-induced liver injury.Cyclosprinc A (CsA),an effective inhibitor of activation of Tlymphocyte,has been used widely in clinical treatment,especially in autoimmune diseases and organtransplantation.In this study,we investigated thepossible effect of CsA on ConA-induced liver injury inKunming mice.
