我院是一个综合性医院,每天门诊就诊人次在1300~2000左右,仅门诊药房每日平均配方数为900张,高峰时可达1400张以上(住院药房处方不在此列)。现将门诊药房管理工作介绍如下:一、配方工作采取责任制1.每人每次所配处方数均进行检查登记,季终分人总结,按配方数评奖发给奖金(奖金分甲、乙、丙),级差为800、1200、1500张三级。2.每日参加配方的人员,由组长根据每人已完成的配方数指定,每周排班,不能随意抢先。3.配方人员要对所配处方张数的准确性负责,如抽查处方数误差在10/300以上,达2次,记缺点1个,扣奖金1分.
