当今,随着经济全球化深入发展,降低能耗和减排温室气体成为国际社会面临的严峻挑战。发展以低能耗、低排放为标志的“低碳经济”是实现可持续发展发展的明智选择。尤其是经济转型中的不发达地区,发展低碳经济是其未来发展的方向,也是其赶超发达地区的契机。本文以永州市为例,从当地经济发展情况为切入点,分析永州市发展低碳经济的动因,提出相关的建议措施。
Nowadays, with the deepening of economic globalization, reducing energy consumption and reducing greenhouse gas emissions have become serious challenges facing the international community. Developing a “low carbon economy” marked by low energy consumption and low emissions is a wise choice for achieving sustainable development. Especially in underdeveloped regions in economic restructuring, the development of a low-carbon economy is the direction for its future development and an opportunity for it to catch up with and surpass the developed regions. Taking Yongzhou as an example, this paper analyzes the reasons for the development of low-carbon economy in Yongzhou from the local economic development, and puts forward the relevant suggestions.
