斜生栅藻对~(32)磷有很强的吸收积累能力,吸收率在98%以上。白鲢对用3种不同强度的~(32)磷标记的斜生栅藻中的~(32)磷也有较高的摄取率,平均在43.59—59.78%之间。~(32)磷在白鲢各组织中积累和分布的比放射性(specific radioactivity)大小顺序为:肠>肝>骨>肉>脑。白鲢各组织的总放射性(total radioactivity)大小顺序为:肉>肠>骨>肝>脑,肌肉中~(32)磷的含量占各组织中~(32)磷的48—70%,说明白鲢能消化吸收斜生栅藻。
Oxalis obliquus on ~ (32) phosphorus has a strong absorption and accumulation capacity, absorption rate of 98% or more. Silver carp also had a higher uptake rate of ~ (32) P in S. spectabilis labeled with ~ (32) P, with an average of 43.59-59.78%. The order of specific radioactivity of ~ (32) P accumulated and distributed in the tissues of silver carp was intestinal> liver> bone> meat> brain. The total radioactivity of the tissues of silver carp was in the following order: meat> intestine> bone> liver> brain, and the content of 32 phosphorus in tissues accounted for 48-70% of the phosphorus in the tissues.
