在教学实践过程中,笔者认为一些专业性很强、内容很深奥的教材以教师讲为主,一些专业性不算太强、内容也不是很深奥的教材,应该以自学为主。 例如,《财务报告分析》、《公司理财》、《经济法概论》、《市场营销》、《国际贸易与国际金融》等课程,专业性强,也较深奥,教师不讲,学员读起来较费劲,这应当列为必讲课。《建设有中国特色社会主义理论》、《社会主义市场经济与现代企业制度》、《企业领导方法与艺术》等课程,相对浅显易懂,学员完全可以自学。
