采用液相还原法研究了纳米铜粉的制备工艺;探讨了乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)与硫酸铜的浓度比和pH值对产物的影响,并对优化参数条件下的样品进行XRD和TEM检测。结果表明,制备的试样为纯净的球状纳米级立方晶系铜粉,平均晶粒尺寸为2.8 nm。
The liquid phase reduction method was used to study the preparation process of nano-copper powder. The effects of the concentration ratio of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) and copper sulfate and the pH value on the product were discussed. The samples under optimized parameters were characterized by XRD and TEM Detection. The results show that the prepared sample is pure spherical nano-cubic cubic copper powder, the average grain size of 2.8 nm.
