介绍了不同孔径(10 nm、100 nm、300nm)的硅胶聚合物键合相的合成,比较了其对蛋白质的分离特性。结果表明,大孔径的硅胶聚合物键合相比表面积小,易于获得生物大分子的快速分离。探讨了在孔径为 300 nm的硅胶聚合物键合相上,流动相的pH值及盐浓度对蛋白质保留时间的影响。
The synthesis of silica gel polymer bonded phases with different pore sizes (10 nm, 100 nm, 300 nm) was introduced and their separation properties were compared. The results show that the large pore size of the silica gel polymer binding surface area is small, easy to get rapid separation of biological macromolecules. The influence of the mobile phase pH and salt concentration on the retention time of the protein was investigated on a 300 nm silica gel bonded phase.
