多发性乳头状瘤同时癌变尚少见,我科遇见1例,现报告如下。患者女性,38岁。因间歇性右上腹痛1年半入院。B超发现胆囊多发性结石,行胆囊切除术。切除之(月巨)囊内有色素性结石6枚,体部粘膜有2个息肉样隆起,表面呈桑椹状,均有蒂与粘膜相连,两者相距3cm,大小分别为0.6×0.5×0.3cm和0.6×0.3×0.2cm。分别取材包埋切片。镜检:瘤体大部分区域上皮为柱状,排列成乳头
Multiple papilloma is rare at the same time, our department met one case, the report is as follows. Female patient, 38 years old. Due to intermittent right upper quadrant pain, she was admitted to hospital for one and a half years. B-ultrasound gallbladder multiple stones found, cholecystectomy. There were six pigmented stones in the excised (monthly giant) capsule, two polyp-like uplifts on the body mucosa, and a mulberry-like appearance on the surface. All were pedicle-connected to the mucous membranes. The distance between the two was 3 cm, and the size was 0.6×0.5×0.3. Cm and 0.6 x 0.3 x 0.2 cm. Respectively obtained embedded sections.
