:目的 :预测柴胡挥发油 β-环糊精包合物溶液的有效期。 方法 :采用经典恒温法测定柴胡挥发油与 β-环糊精 (β -CD)包合物溶液在不同温度条件下的浓度变化及反应速度常数。 结果 :柴胡挥发油 β -CD包合物溶液的Arrhenius方程为 :logK =- 40 0 3.2 5 1T + 8.60 10 ,t0 .9为 9.92mo ;柴胡挥发油单体水溶液其方程为 :logK =- 3886 .95 1T + 8.4748,t0 .9为 5 .46mo。结论 :柴胡挥发油 β -CD包合物的t0 .9比其单体提高 81 69%。
:Objective : To predict the effective period of solution of β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound in volatile oil of Bupleurum chinense. Methods : The concentration and reaction rate constants of solutions of Radix Bupleuri essential oil and β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) inclusion complexes under different temperature conditions were measured by classical constant temperature method. Results: The Arrhenius equation of β-CD inclusion complex solution of Radix Bupleuri essential oil was: logK =- 40 0 3.2 5 1T + 8.60 10 , t 0 .9 was 9.92mo; the aqueous solution of Radix Bupleurum volatile oil monomer solution was: logK =- 3886 .95 1T + 8.4748, t0 .9 is 5.46mo. Conclusion : The t 0 .9 of β-CD inclusion complex of Radix bupleuri volatile oil is 81 69% higher than that of its monomer.
