目的:探讨血清脑利钠肽(BNP)值在正常孕妇各孕期间的变化以及其与子痫前期发病的联系。方法:2013年1月至2015年7月期间,本院共收治了120例孕妇,有80例孕妇为正常妊娠孕妇,将其作为观察组,40例孕妇为子痫前期孕妇,将其作为对照组,所有孕妇从孕早期到分娩前期都进行了血清BNP值检测,对正常孕妇与子痫前期孕妇的检测结果进行评估。结果:观察组孕妇血清脑利钠肽(BNP)值在各孕期保持在稳定状态,对照组中轻度子痫前期孕妇脑利钠肽(BNP)值与正常孕妇进行对比,差异较小,不具有可比性(P>0.05);重度子痫前期孕妇脑利钠肽(BNP)值明显高于正常孕妇,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正常妊娠孕妇在各孕期血清脑利钠肽(BNP)值都处于相对稳定的状态;重度子痫前期孕妇血清脑利钠肽(BNP)浓度要普遍高于正常妊娠孕妇,子痫前期发病与血清脑利钠肽存在一定的关联性。
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in normal pregnant women during pregnancy and its relationship with preeclampsia. Methods: From January 2013 to July 2015, 120 pregnant women were treated in our hospital. Eighty pregnant women were normal pregnant women, which were treated as observation group. Forty pregnant women were pregnant women with preeclampsia, which were used as control Group, all pregnant women from early pregnancy to early delivery of serum BNP value were detected in normal pregnant women and pre-eclampsia pregnant women test results were evaluated. Results: Serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels of pregnant women in observation group remained stable in each pregnancy. The BNP levels in pregnant women with mild preeclampsia in control group were significantly lower than those in normal pregnant women (P> 0.05). The BNP level of pregnant women with severe preeclampsia was significantly higher than that of normal pregnant women (P <0.05). Conclusion: Serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) values of pregnant women in normal pregnancy are relatively stable. Serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels in pregnant women with severe preeclampsia are generally higher than those in normal pregnant women and preeclampsia And serum brain natriuretic peptide there is a certain correlation.
