目的 :观察柴芩平胃胶囊 (CC)对胃肠激素和胃液血清总胆酸 (TBA)的影响 ,分析其治疗反流性残胃炎的作用机制。方法 :Wistar大鼠 16 0只 ,其中 12只作为假手术对照组 (对照组 ) ,其余造模 4周后将存活大鼠分为模型组 ,CC大、中、小剂量组和小柴胡冲剂阳性组。给药 4周后测定各组胃泌素 (GAS) ,胃液表皮生长因子 (EGF)、TBA及胃粘膜前列腺 E2 (PGE2 )变化。结果 :与对照组比较 ,模型组大鼠 GAS和胃粘膜 PGE2 显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,胃液 TBA明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。与模型组比较 ,CC小、中剂量组可升高 GAS、胃液 EGF和胃粘膜 PGE2 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,大剂量组可降低胃液 TBA含量 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :手术导致胆汁反流明显增加 ,引起胃肠内分泌激素的失调 ,损伤胃粘膜营养和防御功能 ,从而损伤胃粘膜 ;CC可通过降低胃液内 TBA含量 ,影响激素分泌而达治疗目的。
Objective: To observe the effects of Chai Qin Ping Wei Capsule (CC) on gastrointestinal hormones and serum total cholic acid (TBA) in gastric juice, and to analyze its mechanism of action in the treatment of reflux residual gastritis. METHODS: Six hundred and six Wistar rats were used. Twelve of them were used as sham-operated control group (control group). Four weeks after the rest of modeling, surviving rats were divided into model groups. CC large, medium, and small dose groups and Xiaochaihu granules were positive. group. Four weeks after administration, gastrin (GAS), gastric epidermal growth factor (EGF), TBA, and gastric mucosal prostate E2 (PGE2) were measured. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, GAS and gastric mucosal PGE2 were significantly decreased in the model group (P < 0.01), and TBA in gastric juice was significantly increased (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the small and medium dose group of CC could increase GAS, gastric juice EGF and gastric mucosal PGE2 (P<0.05), and the high dose group could decrease the gastric juice TBA content (P<0.05). Conclusion: Biliary reflux increased significantly after surgery, which caused the imbalance of gastrointestinal endocrine hormones, damaged the nutrition and defense function of the gastric mucosa, and thus damaged the gastric mucosa. CC can reduce the TBA content in gastric juice and affect the secretion of hormones for therapeutic purposes.
