地膜棉花,根系伤流量,在苗、蕾期明显高于露地棉,根系活力显著增强,但在开花期和盛花期,又较露地棉减少,表示地膜棉根系活力已趋向衰老。无论是地膜棉或是露地棉,伤流量在一天中,均表现出明显的昼夜节奏,白天多,夜晚少。在开花期测定,地膜棉伤流量及其成分氨基酸总量和可溶性糖的含量,均比露地棉显著减少。地膜棉苗蕾期,硝态氮含量较露地棉高,到盛花期和始絮期又降低,作为氮素代谢的关键酶硝酸还原酶的活力,随棉株硝态氮含量的增多而增强。
