铅酸蓄电池属于“资源循环型”能源产品。我国再生铅行业应尽快制定发展规划,提高国内再生铅行业集约化程度和产业化水平,加快完善废旧铅酸蓄电池管理方面的法律法规,以有效避免再生铅资源利废环节的二次污染。
Lead-acid batteries are “resource recycling” energy products. China’s renewable lead industry should formulate development plans as soon as possible to improve the degree of domestic recycling lead industry and the level of industrialization and speed up the improvement of waste lead-acid battery management laws and regulations in order to effectively prevent secondary recycling of lead recycling waste resources.
