用荧光素标记的PNA和DBA检测直肠癌脱落细胞是否存在PNA受体,共取直肠癌脱落细胞65例,非直肠癌病人的正常直肠脱落细胞32例,均用PNA和DBA染色,结果65例直肠癌脱落细胞59例PNA阳性(90.77%),其中,强阳性27例(41.54%),阳性24例(36.92%),弱阳性8例(12.3%).DBA染色4例阳性(6.15%).正常直肠脱落细胞32例PNA和DBA染色均为阴性。表明直肠癌脱落细胞如组织切片一样有PNA受体表达。这对直肠癌的诊断与鉴别诊断以及对直肠癌脱落细胞的生物学特性的了解均有其重要的意义。
Fluorescein-labeled PNA and DBA were used to detect the presence of PNA receptor in exfoliated cells of rectal cancer. Altogether 65 cases of rectal cancer exfoliative cells were obtained. 32 cases of normal rectal exfoliated cells in patients with nonrectal cancer were stained with PNA and DBA. The results were 65 cases. Fifty-nine cases of rectal cancer had PNA positive (90.77%), among which 27 cases were strongly positive (41.54%), 24 cases were positive (36.92%), 8 cases were weakly positive (12.3%). DBA staining was positive in 4 cases (6.15%). 32 cases of normal rectal exfoliated cells were negative for PNA and DBA staining. Shows that rectal cancer exfoliated cells, like tissue sections, have PNA receptor expression. This has important implications for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of rectal cancer and the understanding of the biological characteristics of rectal cancer exfoliated cells.
