最近记者去上海民族乐器一厂参加了一个新产品发布、订货会。会上，记者看到几位穿着漂亮演出服的年轻姑娘在舞台上投入地演奏着，演奏技巧娴熟而专业。她们所使用的扬琴、水晶二胡、古筝等乐器都是这次上海民乐一厂推出的新产品。经介绍，才知道这几位青春靓丽的姑娘原来是上海民乐一厂新招入厂的员工。一打听，她们可不是从社会上随便招来的普通的员工，而是从上海音乐学院新毕业的大学生!
