高硅ZSM-5沸石填充疏水性硅橡胶膜对纸浓度醇-水体系的渗透蒸发性质的研究表明,提高沸石硅铝比、增加填充量以及进行酸处理皆有利于改善膜对醇-水的分离系数和通量。料液的组成、浓度以及温度对膜的分离性质也有显著影响。
The research on the pervaporation property of the hydrophobic silicon rubber membrane filled with high-silica ZSM-5 zeolite on paper-concentration alcohol-water system shows that increasing the ratio of silica to aluminum, increasing the filling amount and acid treatment all improve the effect of the film on alcohol- Separation factor and flux. The composition, concentration and temperature of the feed solution also have a significant effect on the nature of the separation of the membrane.
