目的探讨抑癌基因APC蛋白在非小细胞肺癌发生及发展中的作用和意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测25例肺鳞癌、26例肺腺癌、12例肺其它癌及8例正常或非癌肺组织中APC基因蛋白产物的表达水平。结果正常和非癌肺组织APC蛋白阳性率为100%(8/8),肺鳞癌、腺癌和其它类型的肺癌组织中的APC蛋白阳性率分别为52·0%(13/25),50·0%(13/26)和41·7%(5/12)。APC蛋白在正常或非癌肺组织中表达的阳性率,显著高于肺鳞癌、肺腺癌及其他类型肺癌组织(P<0·05)。非小细胞肺癌组织中APC蛋白表达与组织类型、病理分级、分化程度无关。结论APC蛋白表达缺失可能是非小细胞肺癌发生的重要原因之一。
Objective To investigate the role and significance of tumor suppressor gene APC in the development and progression of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect APC gene protein expression in 25 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma, 26 cases of lung adenocarcinoma, 12 cases of other lung cancers and 8 cases of normal or non-cancerous lung tissues. Results The positive rates of APC protein in normal and non-cancerous lung tissues were 100% (8/8). The positive rates of APC protein in lung squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and other types of lung cancer were 52.0% (13/25) 50.0% (13/26) and 41.7% (5/12) respectively. The positive rate of APC protein expression in normal or non-cancerous lung tissue was significantly higher than that in lung squamous cell carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma and other types of lung cancer (P <0.05). APC protein expression in non-small cell lung cancer tissue type, pathological grade, the degree of differentiation has nothing to do. Conclusion The loss of APC protein expression may be one of the important causes of non-small cell lung cancer.
