目的:探讨双膝关节中心定位在膝内翻畸形全膝关节置换术中的应用。方法:对近年实施的86例(104膝)骨性关节炎行TKR手术的膝内翻畸形患者采用双膝关节中心点定位进行术前测量,指导术中截骨。结果:本组患者术前内翻角度平均为12.3°(6°~34°),术后测量,平均股胫角为174.7°,其中2例残留内翻角度大于3°。结论:采用双膝关节中心点定位,兼顾胫骨与股骨的准确截骨,可精确重建下肢力线,股骨解剖轴的测量误差小,提高截骨的准确性,提高TKR的治疗效果。
Objective: To explore the application of double-knee joint centering in total knee arthroplasty of knee varus deformity. Methods: Eighty-six patients (104 knees) with knee osteoarthritis who underwent TKR surgery were enrolled in this study. The knee joint center was used to measure the preoperative knee osteotomy. Results: The average preoperative varus angle was 12.3 ° (6 ° ~ 34 °). The mean tibiofemoral angle was 174.7 ° after surgery. The residual varus angle was greater than 3 ° in 2 cases. CONCLUSION: Accurate osteotomy of both tibia and femur can be reconstructed accurately by using the center point of double knee joint. The measurement error of femoral anatomical axis is small, the accuracy of osteotomy is improved, and the therapeutic effect of TKR is improved.
