由老干部工作部门主办的老年大学在发展过程中积累了丰富的经验,它的发展实际上是老干部工作规律与老年教育规律共同作用的结果。目前,老干部工作部门主办的老年大学在发展过程中面临着新的形势,存在新的挑战,需要积极应对。文章认为,新形势下老干部工作部门主办的老年大学的发展策略主要有:明确定位,把握发展方向;明确目标,促进深入发展;明确措施,推进内涵发展。
The university for the elderly, run by the veteran cadre department, has accumulated rich experience in the development process. Its development is actually the result of the joint action of the veteran cadre’s working law and the old-age education law. At present, the elder universities organized by the veteran cadre department are facing new situations, new challenges and need to be dealt with actively in the development process. The article holds that under the new situation, the development strategies for elder universities hosted by the veteran cadres’ departments include: defining the direction of development; grasping the direction of development; clarifying objectives and promoting further development; and clearly defining measures to promote the development of connotation.
