(一)贷前风险关键控制点及应对1.客户的身份信息与征信等资料不一致。应对措施:业务端增加身份证阅读器等设备,保证身份审核的准确,个别身份信息无法读取又被认为是很优质的客户,需要联系公安系统,调取该客户身份信息加以核对、确认。2.客户流水记录有造假、虚构消费记录、夸大还款能力情况。应对措施:检查流水单有无上下页数据不一致的情况,有无在季末结息记录等。3.客户超额授信,超出还款能力。
