“老师是园丁,学生是花朵”,遗憾的是,我们的学校并非个个象花园。 美化校园,优化育人环境,这话说了好多年,不少中、小学校却只说不做,依然被学生称为“黄土坡”、“烂泥岗”、“荒凉滩”、“不毛地”……诚然,办成一个花园式的学校很难,也不可能三下五除二就解决问题。 笔者走访过几所学校,它们都是地、县绿化先进单位、文明学校,校园内花多树茂,清新宜人。这些学校常年设有绿化小组,学校领导常抓不懈。值得称道的是,这些学校的生物老师在美化校园中起到了关键性作用。他们除去课堂教学外,还搞起了生物实验园,培植花秧、树苗,并长远规划、全面管理校园绿化工作。——行家里手精心抓,焉能不出好成绩?

To beautify the campus and optimize the environment for educating people, this has been said for many years. The author visited several schools. They are all advanced units and civilized schools in the county and the county. They spend a lot of time on the campus and are refreshing and pleasant. These schools have green teams all the year round, and the school leaders are constantly working hard. It is commendable that the biology teachers in these schools have played a key role in beautifying the campus. Apart from classroom teaching, they also set up a biological experiment park to cultivate flower buds and saplings, and have long-term planning and comprehensive management of campus greening work. ——Will you do a good job at home?
