我院自1964年6月至1982年6月,经手术治疗脑肿瘤,资料完整者503例。占同期收住院颅内肿物851例的59.1％,占神经外科住院病人3481例的14.45％。本文对503例脑肿瘤手术治疗结合复习文献进行分析讨论。临床资料一,一般资料:男298例,女205例。年令为1.5～70岁。各年令组:<5岁7例,6～15岁77例,16～30岁123例,31～40岁121例,41～50岁112例,51～60岁54例,61～70岁9例。蒙族8例。病程最短15天最长10年。幕上肿瘤406例,其中375例有高颅压一般性症状(头痛、呕吐、视乳头水肿、视神经萎缩)占92.4％。具有定侧及示位性体征者351例,占86.45％;幕下肿瘤97例,其中有高颅压一般性症状者
