本项目采用提高1号机组背压至35KPa,利用乏气余热,提高热电厂的供热能力来接替热源厂供热,改造后年增加收益约2212.5万元;可节约热电厂和热源厂总计11.5万吨标煤,相当于减少CO2排放量29.2万吨,减少SO2排放量3450吨,减少NOx排放量1635吨,减少烟尘排放量274吨,减排灰渣7.6万吨.
