目的 探讨应用银染端粒重复扩增技术 (TRAP)检测乳腺癌组织端粒酶活性。方法 用银染TRAP法对 36例乳腺癌组织和 2 4例乳腺良性病变组织进行端粒酶活性检测。结果 36例乳腺癌外科手术切除组织中 ,33例检测到端粒酶活性 (91.7% ) ,而其它良性乳腺病变组织无 1例阳性 ,两组有非常显者性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 端粒酶激活在乳腺癌的发生中起着重要作用 ,端粒酶活性检测可望成为乳腺癌诊断的有用标志物
Objective To explore the use of silver staining telomere repeat amplification (TRAP) to detect telomerase activity in breast cancer tissue. Methods Telomerase activity was detected in 36 cases of breast cancer and 24 cases of benign breast lesions by silver-stained TRAP. Results Thirty-six cases of surgical resection of breast cancer were found to have telomerase activity (91.7%), but none of the other benign breast lesions were positive. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.01). ). Conclusion Telomerase activation plays an important role in the development of breast cancer. Detection of telomerase activity is expected to be a useful marker for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
